The Nominating
Committee seeks to match their skills, abilities, interests and
availability of church members with the needs of the church
organization. This is done
annually in anticipation of the Church Charge Conference at
which committee members, chairs and church leaders are elected.
When vacancies in committees
occur during the year, the Nominating Committee seeks out
nominees to fill the vacancies and brings a recommendation to the
Administrative Council. |
